Most orders will ship within 5 business days. You will receive a notification from our system when your order has shipped. If you entered your phone number in at checkout instead of your email address, please check your text messages for updates.

The time it takes to have your products in-hand is determined by a simple equation:

fulfillment time + shipping time

• Fulfillment usually takes 2 - 5 business days
• Shipping time varies more, in general

Most orders will ship 2 - 5 business days after the date they are ordered. From there, your arrival date will depend on your location.

You will receive a tracking number when your product ships. If you have other concerns, contact me directly: john@creativefollies.com.

Once your order has been placed, it usually cannot be cancelled or changed.

If you catch a mistake immediately after placing your order (for instance, ordering the wrong size or sending the order to a previous address), contact me. I may be able to change the order before it's sent out.

In general, you will be responsible for returning the order (see Returns & Exchanges). If the contents in your return package match all the requirements found in my returns & exchanges policy, you'll receive a refund.

At this time I don’t ship outside of the U.S. and Canada because of the complexities of taxes and liability, but I will consider special requests. 

I do ship original artwork to London, Paris, Dubai, and anywhere else. For instance, I have many exquisite pieces in Parisian cafes.

^ (This last part is a joke, but do inquire anytime about commissions.) 

Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to change an address once an order is placed.

Fulfillment is the time it takes to make your product, not to ship and deliver it. The overwhelming majority of orders will be shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% will be shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

One day, there will be giant warehouses full of my stuff 😀. As things stand, Creative Follies is a print-on-demand business. That means your order will be printed at the time you place it, which results in a (surprisingly minor) delay of 2 - 5 business days. 

(If I didn’t do print-on-demand I would have to charge substantially more for my products.)

I don’t charge a markup on shipping. That said, shipping costs vary based on your location and the products you order. I may periodically take measures to reduce shipping costs as my business grows.
